The Indian Culinary Forum, popularly known as the ICF is an Indian association of chefs, established in the year 1987 at New Delhi as an exclusive non-profit association, dedicated solely for the advancement of culinary professionals in India. The Forum’s objective is to act as a link, platform, useful and necessary instrument for the national community of chefs.
The Indian Culinary Forum organised the 16th Annual Chef Awards in the presence of renowned master chefs and veterans of the hospitality industry at Hotel Le Meridien, Delhi.
