Lucknow Metro is a dream project of the people of Uttar Pradesh, which is being executed by Metro engineers under his leadership. Work for this project is going on day and night without any break with the Managing Director leaving no stone unturned to see that the whole corridor is commissioned for public services by early next year 2019.
The beginning of Metro rail service in India can be traced back to 1984 when Kolkata Metro started its operations while opening for commercial services. It is the sixth longest operational metro network in India.
