A Starry Celebration of the ‘Epic’ Story

Elan Group, one of the prestigious realty players in Gurugram, showcased their recently launched project Elan Epic in an extravagant celebratory evening held at their project site in Sector-70, Gurugram. The celebrations revealed the conception & ideation of India’s first Luxury retail destination; Elan Epic. The event came alive with special performances by Lulia Vantur and Kamaal Khan.

The event was attended by Mr. Jonas Upton - Hansen, Managing Director & founder- UHA London, Mr. Rakesh Kapoor, Chairman - Elan Group, Mr. Ravish Kapoor, Managing Director - Elan Group, Mr. Raj Kumar Singhal, CEO - Elan Group along with the stakeholders and channel partners. Mr. Raj Kumar Singhal welcomed the gathering and presented the high end features of the project and he also detailed out the other prestigious projects of Elan.

The night was packed with live entertaining acts such as melodious violin renditions of various songs, & dance performances, etc. Romanian diva & renowned actress, Iulia Vantur, gave a scintillating dance performance that made the guests to groove along. Mesmerizing performance by famous playback singer Kamaal Khan enthralled the guests.

The project is strategically situated in sector 70, a high-density residential zone of Gurugram. It would be the new destination for the next generation, with its aesthetic luxurious design and ambience. The project has been skillfully designed by UHA London. adorned with one of the biggest water body for a commercial project, hanging pods, floating Restaurant & Café, capsule lifts rising from middle of the water body, silver screen multiplex and extensive food-hub.

Mr. Jonas Upton - Hansen, designer UHA London shared his experience and idea behind the unique concept of Elan Epic. He is an international designer known for his outstanding work. They have refreshing approach to design with clean lines and always focus on enhancing spatial experience.

Elan Epic will give an entire new dimension to retail experience to its end-users, enabling them to spend quality time with friends, family, & kids. The project is different from others due to its unique and eco-friendly architecture.

The possession date of Elan Epic will be the end of 2021. The prestigious and leading developer, Elan has three more projects under construction - Elan Mercado in Sector 80, Elan Town Centre in Sector 67 and Elan Miracle at Sector 84, all located along major growth corridors of Gurugram.
