Taj Krishna Hosts Autumn Moon Festival

Taj Krishna is celebrating the Autumn Moon Festival from September 05 to 14, 2014, at its Specialty Cantonese & Sichuan restaurant, Golden Dragon. In the coming days, Master Chef Hung Fong Ng and his team will be presenting a special menu that reflects the traditional cuisine of the Zhou dynasty. Each of the dishes is endowed with subtlety and refinement.

 

The menu offers an array of authentic Chinese delicacies like Wok fried rock lobster with sweet pickled ginger in hot bean sauce, Crispy squids tossed with crushed pepper corns and rock salt, Beijing onion pancake, Cheesy Chausi celery gulin chilli sea salt, Crispy konjee shitake, XO flavoured sea food broth, Chachoy greens and silver sprout noodle soup, Sauted sea squids with shitake and spicy yellow beans, Braised chilly crab meat on a bed of crisp rice noodles, Chicken mapo tofu with sichuan peppers, Crunchy water chestnuts, mushrooms and winter melon in devil sauce, Zucchini with Chinese greens in spicy sweet bean sauce, Fukien fried rice with sea food, Rice noodles Hakka style and ofcourse traditional moon cake in both baked and ice skin variation.
