Honourable Union Urban Development and Housing Minister Mr M. Venkaiah Naidu presented the above two  awards to Mr. M Murali, Managing Director, Shriram Properties at the 7^th Real Estate Summit organised by The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) in New Delhi recently.

The summit discussed key issues and future growth strategy for the country’s Real Estate Sector including building Investors Confidence and customer satisfaction,  creation of smart cities, promoting affordable housing, single window clearance for real-estate projects, offering infrastructure status to the real estate and housing sector, easing lending norms for housing sector, introducing Real Estate (Development and Regulation) Bill, etc.
