The campaign aims to revive lapsed life insurance policies

Special benefits extended to policyholders between November 9, 2015 and January 31, 2016

Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance has announced a Special Revival Campaign to help policyholders renew their lapsed life insurance policies and continue to protect their families. The campaign is currently on will go on till January 31, 2016. 

 

During this campaign, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance customers will be given a 50% waiver on the interest amount on traditional policies lapsed. Revival of a life insurance policy will ensure continuance of life cover, tax advantages and bonus for the period during which policy was lapsed.

 

Last year, in a span of 2 months, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance revived 8,340 policies and collected renewal premiums worth nearly Rs 18 crore. The Company expects to see higher numbers for revival this year.

 

The campaign is for traditional life insurance policies only.

 

Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Anuj Agarwal, MD & CEO, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, said, “The campaign is aimed at extending a helping hand to those who were unable to continue their policies due to some financial crisis. I urge our policyholders to make the best use of this opportunity.”
