Driving a sustainable organisation through Board Diversity

ICSI in association with IOD is organizing a one day national seminar on ‘Board Room Diversity’ on June 4th, 2016 at 10.00 AM onwards at Hotel Le- Meridien, New Delhi.

 

The seminar will focus on ‘Driving a Sustainable Organisation through Board Diversity’ with sessions on:

  • The Diversity Differentiator: Managing Board Dynamics & Achieving Effectiveness

  • Is boosting Gender Diversity in Boardrooms, a tough call?

  • From Policy to Practice: Strategizing a Board of the Future

 

 

 

 

Dr. Najma A. Heptulla, Cabinet Member & Hon'ble Union Minister of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India, would be inaugurating the seminar and Mrs Meenakshi Lekhi, Hon'ble Member Parliament for New Delhi, Govt. of India will be the Guest of Honor. Some of the distinguished speakers include, CS Mamta Binani, President, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Lt. Gen. J S Ahluwalia, PVSM ( Retd), President, Institute of Directors, Vasudha Mishra IAS, Managing Director, National Cooperative  Development Cooperation, Justice (Dr.) Arijit Pasayat, Co-Chairman, Institute of Directors & Former Judge, Supreme Court of India, Dr. M. B. Athreya, Independent Management Advisor and Former Prof. IIM, Kolkata and London Business School & Ms. Manasi Kirloskar, Executive Director, Kirloskar Systems
