Jain Heights And Structures Pvt. Ltd, a Bengaluru based real estate developer focused on residential real estate development has raised USD 6mn from Amplus Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. an Ahmedabad based real estate fund for its upcoming residential project in North Bangalore.

Founded in 2007, Jain Heights has a customer centric business philosophy and has carved a reputation of offering great value in terms of design, specifications, location and pricing. The company has always endeavored to create world-class living spaces and provide high quality of living standards for its customers which is evidenced by its five completed projects. It has five upcoming projects comprising ~1.5mn sft under various stages of development. The company, in its earlier projects has raised funds from Reliance Capital &Milestone.
