Bringing Together the Best in Arbitration: NPAC’s 11th Annual International Conference

The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) will be holding its 11th annual international conference on February 16. The event aims to bring together international speakers from various disciplines and arbitration experts on one platform to discuss the challenges faced by Arbitration in India.

 

Mr. Arvind P Datar, Director NPAC says, “We welcome delegates from across the world to be a part of this initiative. The idea behind this conference is to stimulate discussions around key aspects of arbitration and develop a healthy ecosystem for growth of arbitration in India."

 

This one-day event will be held at Shangri La’s Eros Hotel, New Delhi from 9.30 am. The Conference will witness 20 eminent speakers from India, UK, US and Singapore, who will impart their experience and depth of knowledge over four sessions around the theme of ‘Arbitration Regime in India: Evolving Opportunities and Daunting Challenges’. All the speakers are leading practitioners in the field of international and domestic commercial arbitrations.

 

Mr. Gaurav Pachnanda, Senior Advocate and leading arbitration expert says, "We are excited to be part of a forum which aims to strategically and systemically address the issue of organized arbitration in India. The upcoming conference will deliberate relevant issues and provide an impetus to efforts of making India an arbitration hub."
