Federal Bank Launches Federal Experience Center

Federal Bank has opened its first International Standard 24 X 7 Banking facility christened Federal Experience Centre on 21st November 2014 at Nedumbassery, Kochi. Prof. Abraham Koshy, Chairman, Federal Bank dedicated the facility to the customers,opened the Locker facility, in the presence of customers, Directors of the Bank and senior Bank executives.

Set in a warm and convenient location close to Cochin International Airport offering state of the art banking facilities with hospitality standards that cater to the premium service needs of its discerning clients, Federal Experience Center is a first of its kind initiative taken by a banking institution in the country in favor of its customers.

This facility will be a safe haven for frequent travelers where they can retreat, safe keep their belongings, catch up with their business and above all access their accounts through the digital banking facilities in a high tech, high ambience, fully furnished environment spread over a sprawling 5000 sq feet hall.  The spacious locker facility is expected to provide enormous comfort and ease to travelling clients.  In addition to the above, all kinds of travel assistance like check in, pick up/drop services, refreshment options are arranged for. The facility provides ample car parking space as well.

The lounge will be a boon to travelling customers helping them to make the best out of their waiting time or overnight stay in the airport enhancing the quality of their travel life.
