Well-known Tax and M&A professional Girish Vanvari, former Tax Head of KPMG India, has set up Transaction Square, a boutique Tax, Regulatory and Business Advisory firm along with a few co-founders. Transaction Square, with its PAN India presence will cater to the needs of Indian Entrepreneurs, Family houses, Multinational companies, and advise Investors, both financial and strategic. It will service startups to big companies, across industries.
