Jaypee Hospital Organizes Live Operative Workshop on Gynae Endoscopic Surgery and Infertility

Live operative workshop “Vistas in Gyanae Endoscopic surgery and Infertility” was organized by the team of doctors at Jaypee Hospital. The live procedures were conducted on 14 registered patients from Delhi NCR area. The team of six operating doctors was present that included Dr. Jyoti Mishra, Dr. Shailesh Puntambekar, Dr. Hafeez Rahman, Dr. B Ramesh, Dr. Renuka Sinha, and Dr. Bijoy Nayak. The objective of this workshop was to edify the scientific and technicality of endoscopic procedures amongst doctor’s community.

Dr. Jyoti Mishra, Associate Director, Gynaecology, who has more than 20 years of experience in Laproscopic Gynaecology and is trained in Germany highlighted that, “The live operative surgeries which included total Laparoscopy Hysterectomy, Laparoscopic Werthiem’s Hysterectomy for cancer, Laparoscopic Fibroid & Ovarian Cyst removal, Single port Laparoscopy and Fertility enhancing hystero-laparoscopic surgery were performed using latest techniques. With minimal blood loss and pain laparoscopy procedure can lead to quick patient recovery even when performed on high risk cases”.

Dr. Jyoti Mishra added “For performing these Laproscopic procedures, Jaypee Hospital is only charging bare minimum fees from the patients. The CME was conducted with team of 100 notable doctors as they discussed various latest issues such as Uterine Artery Embolization, Freezing of eggs for delaying conception amongst working women, Medicolegal Issues in Endocscopy, Male Infertility, Fertility Inhibiting toxins, etc.
