About Rubber Skill Development Council (RSDC)
Rubber Skill Development Council (RSDC), a Sector Skill Council for the rubber sector set up by All India Rubber Industries Association (AIRIA) and Automotive Tyre Manufacturers Association (ATMA) in collaboration with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), is focusing on skill development & training needs of the rubber sector. RSDC have also signed a MoU with The Rubber Board for various activities to be undertaken for Natural Rubber (NR)/Plantation sector. Rubber has been identified as a high growth sector to initiate skill development programs. As you are aware, rubber sector comprises of production as well as consumption, i.e. in production of natural rubber and synthetic rubber and consumption i.e. tyre & non-tyre manufacturers. RSDC has been mandated to focus on skilling of manufacturing side and later RSDC has also signed a MoU with The Rubber Board for various activities to be undertaken for Natural Rubber (NR)/Plantation sector. Rubber has been identified as a high growth sector to initiate skill development programs.

With a view to recognise the contribution made and excellence achieved towards the cause of skill development in rubber sector, Rubber Skill Development Council (RSDC) will celebrate 2nd Award Ceremony on 10th of November 2017 at New Delhi.
Continuing with its drive to extend the benefits of skilling to the marginalized strata of society, Rubber Skill Development Council (RSDC), the sector skill council for Rubber in the country, has tied up with National Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation (NSFDC).
Widening its network across the country, Rubber Skill Development Council (RSDC) has joined hands with a number of State Governments and Universities with a view to strengthen the skilling ecosystem from entry level to engineering in rubber technology.
