3Pillar Global Launches In-House Car Pool App for Employee Safety and Convenience

3Pillar Global, a leading developer of innovative, revenue-generating software products has built an in-house Car Pool App for their employees based out of their Noida Office, given the rising concerns of safety in the region. 

The IT company which currently has an employee strength of 350 is in the process of expanding it's India team rapidly in the coming few months and has 60% of employees travelling from  Indirapuram(Ghaziabad) location to their Noida head office. 

The in-house car pool app was developed as part of a special employee initiative aimed at easing the pain points of employees commuting to workplace as well as play a part in reducing the pollution and traffic congestion in the city.

Launched last week the app is already being used by 35% of the employees and has also received an amazing response and appreciation from the women employees of the firm as well , who feel more secure while using the company's car pool app alongwith their colleagues  vis a vis travelling with strangers through third party car pooling apps.
