AEGON Religare Life Insurance Marks a Hat-Trick at the Indian Insurance Awards

AEGON Religare Life Insurance (ARLI) is awarded the E-Business Leader at the Indian insurance awards, 2015 in Mumbai. This is the third year in a row that AEGON Religare is being awarded this honour. The E-Business Leader award seeks to revere an insurer that has played a vital role in deploying the online insurance channel effectively for marketing, lead generation and sales for the business. The award seeks to commend an insurer bringing special focus on this nascent distribution channel.

At the occasion, Mr KS Gopalakrishnan, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer at ARLI said, “We are extremely delighted and proud to be honoured as the E-Business Leader at the Indian Insurance Awards for the third year in a row. The Indian Insurance Awards - 5th Edition were held at the Lalit Hotel in Mumbai on June 25, 2015. The jury members were, Mr. S B Mathur, Former Secretary General Life Insurance Council; Mr. R Krishnamurthy, Senior Advisor, Towers Watson; Mr. R Chandrasekaran, Secretary General, General Insurance Council and Mr. Joydeep Roy, Member - Governing Council, Insurance Information Bureau of India; Independent Director - CAMS Repository Services Ltd & Financial Planning Corporation of India.
