Bank of Maharashtra Contributes Rs 1.25 Crore towards Swachh Bharat Kosh and Prime Minister Relief Fund

Today Chairman & Managing Director of Bank of Maharashtra Shri Sushil Muhnot and Executive Director Shri R.K.Gupta has handed over the cheques of Rs 1.25 crore to Hon’ble Finance Minister Shri Arun Jaitely as CSR contribution under Swachh Bharat Kosh and Prime Minister Relief Fund.

 

Bank in the recent past had also showcased its responsibility towards the society by donating Rs 25 lakh to Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti at Jaipur and also supported the TAMANA NGO who is working for Mentally and Physically challenged children in Delhi.

 

Bank of Maharashtra has come up with good Financial Results with Total Business of Rs 2.23 lakh crore as on 31.03.2015. Net Profit (Rs 450 .69 crore) of the Bank for Q4 grew by 98% over corresponding quarter of previous year. The share of CASA to Total Deposits improved to 37.09% and the capital adequacy ratio under Basel III norms was at 11.94% as on 31.03.2015 against the regulatory required level of 9%.
