With excitement beginning to build ahead of the upcoming Hero Hockey India League 2015 starting January 22, the Uttar Pradesh Wizards were seen doing their groundwork meticulously on the third day of their practice sessions, refining their skills and working on their game-plan, here at Dhyan Chand Stadium, Lucknow.

Assuring a thrilling and a high-quality game of hockey in the third season of the Hero Hockey India League, the Wizards are high on spirit and are looking forward to opening the League on an endearing note. In their third season with the League, the team is keen on making efforts towards fine-tuning their loopholes and taking advantage of their strengths against the opponents.

Content with the team’s practice sessions till date, Indian forward Tushar Khandekar said, “Today’s training was good. All the players are fit and seem to be in a great form, which is a good sign altogether. The foreign players have also joined us today, which is a great thing as we now get more time to gel-up well again. As far as the League is concerned, we couldn't do much in the last two seasons but the team is much more charged up this time and is completely ready to deliver the best.

He further declared excitedly, “The Wizards are coming so all of you hold your hearts. We are here to put up a superb show.”
