Dena Bank Opens Dena E-Smart 24 X 7 Banking Facility at Horniman Circle Fort Branch

Dena Bank, India’s Trusted Family Bank, moves beyond ATMs to the technologically advanced self-service 24X7 banking. Dena Bank’s 16th self-service E-Smart facility at Horniman Circle, Fort, Mumbai, was inaugurated by Shri H R Khan Deputy Governor, Reserve Bank of India and Shri Ashwani Kumar, Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). Incidentally, Dena Bank’s iconic Horniman Circle branch is the first office opened by the Bank 75 years ago. Shri H R Khan and Shri Ashwani Kumar also addressed a select gathering of key customers at the branch. The top executives of the organization, Smt. Trishna Guha, Executive Director Dena Bank and Shri R. K. Takkar, Executive Director Dena Bank were also present.

The introduction of self service E-Smart facility empowers all customers to do their banking transactions as per their convenience without any time restriction. It also saves their time as they need not stand in queue to get their work completed and also offers additional several banking service facilities that ATMs don’t offer. Customers can also use it during bank holidays. It is ideal for small businessmen, traders and shopkeepers who can deposit cash anytime.
