Ingersoll Rand India Announces New Appointments to the Board

The Board of Directors of Ingersoll Rand India at the meeting held on 4th February, 2015 has re-appointed Mr. Venkatesh Valluri as the Chairman of the Board of the company. The decision has been made effective from February 5, 2015. Additionally, the Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Mr. Roman Steinoff, Vice President, EMEIA, Compressed Air Systems and Services as a Director on the Board with immediate effect.
