Mr. Hemant Batra is Founder and Chairman of a global corporate law firm Kaden Boriss. Batra is Vice President of SAARCLAW (South Asian Association For Regional Co-Operation In Law), a regional apex body of SAARC, an inter-governmental body of 8 nations. Batra is adviser to various UN bodies like UNDP, UNAIDS and UN-ESCAP apart from other global organizations like ADB and IDLO.
