RCOM Reduces Roaming Charges

-Customers will now pay only 45 paise per minute for incoming calls as default tariff

-With RCOM’s One India, One Rate Plan, customers can enjoy free incoming while roaming; outgoing at same rate on ‘Home and Roam’ 

 

Reliance Communication Ltd, India’s only integrated telecommunications service provider, today announced a reduction in National Roaming charges, with customers now having to pay 40% lower tariffs for Incoming Calls while roaming. On Outgoing Calls made while roaming anywhere in the country, both local and STD, the new charges are up to 23% lower.

 

These changes have been made in accordance to the TRAI guidelines with effect from 1 May 2015. 

 

These revised tariffs will now be applicable to all RCOM pre-paid and post-paid subscribers as default roaming rates.

Also, with RCOM’s One India, One Rate plan, customers can enjoy three benefits in one plan, with Incoming Calls while roaming being free, and a single attractive outgoing unified rate while in Home network or Roaming Network—for both Local and STD calls, valid for a period of 28 days. This unique offer is available at a price ranging from Rs 40 to Rs 50, depending on the Home Circle.
