Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Advises GE on 100% Stake Sale in GE Capital Services India and GE Money Financial Services Private Limited

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM & Co) advised GE on the sale of its 100% stake of its finance ventures in India, namely GE Capital Services India and GE Money Financial Services Private Limited, to a consortium of Mr. Pramod Bhasin, Mr. Anil Chawla and AION Capital.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co acted as the legal advisor to the GE, and has been involved in all legal aspects of the deal including structuring of the transaction; reviewing, negotiating and finalization of the transaction documents; and rendering advice on various aspects, including regulatory, competition law, tax, banking & finance, employment law, intellectual property and disputes.
