Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Appoints Shuva Mandal as Partner in Mumbai

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM & Co), one of India’s leading full-service law firms, has appointed Mr. Shuva Mandal as Partner and National Head of the Corporate & M&A Practice Group. Mr. Mandal joins the Firm from AZB & Partners (AZB), where he worked as a Partner. He specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Joint Ventures, Commercial/ Contractual transaction structuring, Corporate Laws.

Mr. Mandal had been a Partner at AZB & Partners (AZB) since 2009. Shuva received his LLB from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He was selected in 2015 by The Economic Times and Spencer Stuart as 'Leaders under 40 under 40'
