Thyssenkrupp Aerospace Enters Indian Skies, Sets up Maiden Facility in Bengaluru

Expands its materials services business in the Asia Pacific region

Aerospace materials and logistics provider ThyssenKrupp Aerospace, part of the Business Area Materials Services, today said it had forayed into the Indian skies by launching its first facility in Bengaluru with an aim to meet the rising demand of the local aerospace industry, thus strengthening its global footprint and further expanding presence in the Asia Pacific region.

Spread across a total of 3,300 square meters, the facility will stock the complete range of aerospace materials such as aluminium, titanium and steel in bars, plates, sheets, rounds and more. As a global services provider in the area of materials, processing and supply chain management ThyssenKrupp Aerospace supplies cut-to-size and machine-ready material that is shipped to the customer just-in-time.
