Uniting Continents by Facilitating Green Cards

Prem Behl’s Exhibitions India Group, in partnership with Bamboo Bridge Advisors, has formed the United Continents Group (UCG) to offer eligible Indian nationals the opportunity to receive an American Green Card.

The UCG is promoting the EB-5 Visa Program, through which eligible Indian nationals (along with their spouses and unmarried children under the age of 21) can obtain a green card (“permanent residency”) by investing, at a minimum, $500,000 into a qualified American business.

The UCG works directly with New York City real estate developers to offer a strategy that is most advantageous to the EB-5 applicant, and is extremely selective in choosing clients.

Despite a rise in Indian interest in the EB-5 Visa Program, the UCG recognizes that denial of Indian applications is largely a result of poor eligibility determination.

Offering a refund of the investment capital should the EB-5 petition be denied by the United States, the UCG heralds a due diligence protocol that completes United States documentation before any international transfer of money.

UCG applications undergo three rounds of evaluation to ensure that clients are not just qualified for an American Green Card, but are capable of bridging the two continents into the future.

For UCG clients, the EB-5 Visa Program, which supports the American economy through capital infusion and job creation, is a pathway into America’s premier universities and high-paid workforce.

UCG clients currently have exclusive access to the development of a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel at 432 W 31st Street in the Hudson Yards district of New York City. 

Marriott’s Hudson Yards Hotel will cost an estimated $120 million, of which $30 million will be raised from 60 Indian EB-5 candidates.
