Virtusa Wins Gold at APAC Stevie Awards for Human Resource Practices

Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ GS: VRTU), a global business consulting and IT outsourcing company that combines innovation, technology leadership and industry solutions to transform the customer experience, has bagged the prestigious Asia Pacific Stevie Award in the Human Resource (HR) category. Virtusa was presented with the Gold Award at a gala banquet held in Shanghai, China recently.

The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards are the only business awards program to recognize achievement at workplace in all the 22 nations of the Asia-Pacific region. The Stevie Awards are widely considered to be the world's premier business awards, conferring recognition for achievement in programs such as “The International Business Awards” for more than a decade.

With 86 per cent of its workforce being Millennials, Virtusa has developed an employee engagement platform, V+, which supports its internal HR programs that cater to the unique needs of the millennials. The Stevie Award recognizes Virtusa’s industry-leading position in nurturing and enabling a millennial workforce by implementing workplace systems, processes and best practices.
