Vodafone Enhances Customer Experience with Retail Transformation and Simplified Digital Platform in Rajasthan

Following a ‘Customer First’ approach, Vodafone India, has made significant investments (over INR 200 crores) in last fiscal in strengthening the network, retail and distribution in Rajasthan circle and will continue the same momentum in coming years.

 

Pursuing an aggressive retail growth strategy in Rajasthan, Vodafone has already launched 9 Vodafone Stores (VS) and 50 Vodafone Mini Stores (VMS) in the last 12 months. Today with over 670 stores, Vodafone has consolidated its position as the largest exclusive retail footprint in Rajasthan.

 

Evolving to the changing market dynamics and growing mobile internet and smartphone penetration, Vodafone in the last one month has launched 8 Global Design Retail Stores across Jaipur, Kishangarh, Baswara, Chittorgarh, Ganganagar, Kota and Hanumangarh, in Rajasthan. Whether it is Jacksdale in UK or Jaipur, Vodafone Global Design Stores offer a uniform customer experience.

 

Additionally, Vodafone has over the years expanded its network reach to cover 90% population of Rajasthan and will continue to take requisite steps to further enhance its distribution and reach.

Continuing its retail expansion strategy across India, Vodafone has launched more than 160 Vodafone Stores and over 1000 Vodafone mini stores across India in FY14-15. Today, with over 9800 stores, Vodafone has the largest exclusive retail footprint in telecom in the country.
